Pearl Dust is made from natural pearls found in Japan and China, which have been hand ground into a fine powder. It is best stirred into champagne or white wine where they give off a light pearly iridescence and they also smooth off the acidic edge, making the drink even smoother, they can also be dusted onto chocolate desserts.
