We do not aim to sell ordinary, everyday herbs or spices at Edible. Instead we scour the globe, and select the finest quality and some of the least known spices and herbs.

We present to you bush spices from the Australian Outback to Saffron hand - picked by Tibetan Nomads. All of our herbs and spices are sourced and purchased direct from the grower or collector in the case of non cultivated (wild) stock, we give them a fair price for their stock and it goes directly to them with no middleman. The herbs and spices have superior quality to almost anything you will have seen on the market before.
